We will respond within 1 hour and work out a solution within 4 hours after receiving the repair requesting notice of users; generally, we will get to the site within 24 hours for Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, and 48 hours for other places of the nation except certain remote areas. The after-sale service of the company is directly handled by the headquarter that is in charge of unified deployment and command and serves all across China.
